With the Las Vegas area—as well as the rest of Nevada—under a Stay At Home order due to COVID-19, it can be challenging to know what businesses are still open and can offer services. Here at Hearing Associates of Las Vegas, we want our patients to know that we are still available to help them with their hearing issues.
In the interest of protecting our patients and staff, we have made changes—ranging from shifting appointments to help create appropriate social distancing and offering telehealth services. Among our newer initiatives that we are rolling out to help protect our patients is curbside hearing aid services.
How Our Curbside Hearing Aid Services Work

The general steps to a curbside hearing aid services are:
This process should take 30 minutes or less, so you won’t have to wait too long in your car. By taking advantage of our curbside services, we can all work together to flatten the curve and protect each other!
Hearing Associates Of Las Vegas Is Still Here For You
Along with servicing hearing aids, our curbside services also include resupplying our patients with things like hearing aid battery replacements and ear wax softening solution. If you aren’t sure if one of our services can be performed curbside, you should feel free to call and ask us! We are more than happy to help clarify.
Also, our waiting room is still open for patients who need other services, such as hearing evaluations, hearing aid reprogramming, tinnitus evaluations, and more. We are still staggering appointments and cleaning our hearing clinic frequently to help provide a safer environment for those patients who need to come inside in-person.
