If you haven’t heard of telehealth hearing services, you are in for a treat! Instead of needing to come into our hearing clinics for various hearing services, you can receive our services remotely. Thanks to modern technology, we are able to make appointments with our patients over Skype, allowing you to receive quality hearing services no matter where you are, as long as you have internet access and a web-enabled camera—i.e., smartphone, laptop with a built-in camera, webcam on desktop, etc.

Hearing aid troubleshooting: If your hearing aids are acting up and you aren’t sure how to fix them, you can contact us for remote assistance. We will set up a video session and help walk you through possible solutions until we get your hearing aids up and running.

Remote hearing aid programming: Some hearing aids come with the ability to be remotely updated by our hearing aid specialists. Instead of needing to come into our office to have your hearing aids reprogrammed or the software updated, we can send those updates to your hearing aids. Not all hearing aids are able to do this remote programming, and if you are unsure if yours are eligible, you can always call us and ask!
